To the Point: EU Pay Transparency Directive

02 December 2025

The EU Pay Transparency Directive aims to close the gender pay gap and increase salary transparency. The transparency and reporting obligations set out in the directive must be implemented into national law by June 2026. Employers will face significant challenges, including employee access rights, pay reporting, recruitment processes, and transparent remuneration policies.

At the DSC To The Point Business Breakfast, DSC Counsel and Attorney Marko MacKinnon  gave an overview of the key changes and their impact on businesses, at a glance.

We thank our guests for their active participation and the engaging discussion!
