The EU Pay Transparency Directive aims to close the gender pay gap and increase salary transparency. The transparency and reporting obligations set out in the directive must be implemented into national law by June 2026. Employers will face significant challenges, including employee access rights, pay reporting, recruitment processes, and transparent remuneration policies.
