From official secrecy to transparency: With the new Freedom of Information Act (Informationsfreiheitsgesetz, IFG) taking effect on 1 September 2025, public contracting authorities will face significant challenges – both during and after procurement procedures.
At the DSC Business Breakfast, DSC partner Dominik Zimm addressed key questions related to the new IFG and shared practical guidance on how to implement the upcoming transparency obligations in public procurement processes.
