Simon Drobnik and Alexandra Miladinovic are the main winners of the 2022 Banking Association Award (Bankenverbandspreis). In his dissertation, the DSC associate examines the topic of "crisis and insolvency of pseudo-foreign companies. In his work, Simon Drobnik sheds light on the question of which standards of Austrian insolvency law apply to companies under foreign law that have their head office in Austria.
Since 1978, the Banking Association rewards young academics who have published in the field of business law, banking and finance as part of their studies or post-doctoral thesis.
