DSC's team wins the Moot Court Civil Law 2022

On 13 June 2022, the national final of the Franz von Zeiller Moot Court in Civil Law took place at Johannes Kepler University (JKU) in Linz. We are extremely proud that our team consisting of Stephan Andessner, Anni Bodenseher and Lisa Parteder  won the prestigious competition. They were supported by DSC attorney Alexander Grau.

Every year, teams from all Austrian law faculties participate in the Moot Court. The nationwide final is contested by the winning teams from the preliminary rounds. This year, the high-calibre panel of judges consisted of the President of the Supreme Court, Prof. Dr. Elisabeth Lovrek (Chair), Prof. Dr. Christian Holzner (JKU) and Dr. Rudolf Mitterlehner (Linz).
