Petra Felzmann received the 2025 Banking Association Award (Bankenverbandspreis)

We warmly congratulate our colleague Petra Felzmann on receiving this year’s Banking Association Award (Bankenverbandspreis)! Her outstanding dissertation on the internal liability of limited liability companies' shareholders in the event of adverse influence was recognized with the prestigious award.

The Austrian Bankers’ Association has been awarding this prize since 1978 to honor exceptional academic work in the fields of business, banking and financial law, submitted as part of a university degree or post-doctoral qualification.
