Peter Csoklich and Christoph Diregger in the Münchener Kommentar on the German Stock Corporation Act

In the recently published 6th edition of the third volume of the renowned Munich Commentary, DSC partner Peter Csoklich focuses on the assertion of claims for damages against board members and shareholders – through the general meeting or by way of a minority right (articles 147 et seq. dAktG).
