Moot Court Civil Law 2024: 2nd place for the DSC team in the final of the Vienna preliminary round

The final of the Vienna preliminary round of this year's Civil Law Moot Court took place on January 12, 2024. The DSC team consisting of David Sommerlechner, Tamara Hacker and Sophie von der Thannen took second place in the oral proceedings in the large hearing room of the Administrative Court and thus secured their place in the national final! Our great talents were supported by DSC lawyer Alexander Grau.

The Franz von Zeiller Moot Court in Civil Law (Moot Court Civil Law for short) is a competition for students from all Austrian law faculties that has been held annually since 2003. Supported by experts from leading law firms, young talents have the opportunity to get a taste of practice.
