Maximilian Mitterlehner is new associate at DSC

We are pleased to welcome Maximilian Mitterlehner as a new associate at DSC. His practice focuses primarily on corporate and business law as well as M&A. He also advises on capital markets law matters.

Maximilian Mitterlehner joined the DSC team in December 2025. He completed his studies in business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, which included a semester abroad at Aarhus University (Denmark). Before joining DSC, he gained practical experience at a renowned business law firm in Vienna.
