Martin Legath is a new attorney at DSC

We warmly congratulate Martin Legath on his admission to the bar.
Martin Legath has been part of the DSC team since 2022 and specializes in banking law, consumer protection law, general terms and conditions, and litigation. He advises Austrian and international credit institutions on civil and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on defending individual and collective actions.
In addition to his work at DSC, Martin Legath is a lecturer at the Institute for Civil and Civil Procedure Law at WU Vienna, a regular contributor to the legal journal Österreichisches BankArchiv (ÖBA), and the author of numerous publications in the field of civil law. His doctoral thesis, “Unilateral Contract Amendments in Mass Consumer Transactions”, was awarded the Banking Association Prize.
