Markus Kellner speaks at the Bankrechtsforum 2023

We are particularly proud that Markus Kellner, Partner at DSC, will again speak at this year's Bankrechtsforum (Banking Law Forum). In his presentation, he wil give essential insights into the topic "Loan processing fees 2.0: legal certainty instead of judicial reversal".

The annual Banking Law Forum has established itself as the central meeting place for all experts in Austrian banking law. The primary purpose of this event is to comprehensively analyze and discuss cutting-edge issues.

The conference is organized by the Forum Bankrecht of the BWG under the scientific direction of o. Univ.-Prof. Dr. Peter Bydlinski and Univ.-Prof. Dr. Martin Spitzer.
