Markus Kellner speaks at the Conference of Covered Bonds Law the ARS Academy

The event will take place on October 3, 2022 in Vienna. There, DSC partner Markus Kellner will speak on "Consent and Understanding Requirements from a Practical Perspective".
Participants of the conference will learn what increased protection the new Covered Bond Act, which came into force in Austria on July 8, 2022, provides for investors, what opportunities it opens up and what regulations credit institutions are subject to when issuing covered bonds.
