Markus Kellner authors contribution to the 4th edition of the renowned “Rummel-Commentary”

In the recently published 4th edition of the so-called “Rummel-Commentary”, one of the most renowned works on Austrian civil law, DSC Partner sheds light on loan and gift law as well as the provisions on loan and custody agreements (§§ 938-1001).
The commentary is edited by Meinhard Lukas and Andreas Geroldinger and is part of a series published by MANZ Verlag.
