Julia Cuder supports DSC as a new legal associate

DSC Doralt Seist Csoklich welcomes another new member to the team: Julia Cuder joined the firm as an associate in October 2023. She focuses on corporate and capital markets law as well as M&A.
Julia Cuder studied business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. During her studies she spent a semester abroad at DePaul University - College of Law in Chicago and gained additional international experience through summer study programs at the University of Groningen and the University of Oxford.
Prior to becoming part of the DSC team, she worked as a law intern as well as an associate in the areas of corporate law and M&A at renowned Viennese business law firms.
