Congratulations to Markus Weichbold on successfully passing the Austrian bar exam!
Markus has been part of the DSC team since 2022 and specializes in insurance law, corporate law, and general civil law. Even during his law studies, Markus worked as a student assistant at the Institute for Tax Law at the University of Vienna. After graduating as the fourth-best student of his year, he served as a university assistant at the Institute for Civil Law at the University of Vienna. There, he earned his doctorate with a dissertation on the liability and insurance law implications of vehicle automation.
Markus is also the author of numerous specialist publications in commentaries, handbooks, and legal journals, and he regularly lectures in his areas of expertise.
