As part of the AWAK seminar on corporate law III – the stock corporation, Christoph Diregger addresses key issues in stock corporation law – from formation and drafting articles of association to capital measures, corporate governance, liability issues, and the holding of general meetings.
The seminar also focuses on the tension between majority and minority shareholders, syndicate agreements, and special regulations for listed companies, such as going public, takeover law, insider trading law, and disclosure requirements.
