Publication by Peter Csoklich and Maximilian Wallergraber on the Electronic Consignment Note (eCMR)

26 May 2026

In the latest issue of RdW – Recht der Wirtschaft (LexisNexis), DSC partner Peter Csoklich and DSC attorney-at-law Maximilian Wallergraber analyze a recent decision of the Austrian Supreme Court (OGH) regarding the consignor’s liability under Article 7(1) CMR.

The publication examines both the decision itself and its practical implications in detail.
