The DSC attorney devotes his presentation to current issues surrounding Austrian banking secrecy. Robert Schmidbauer, Head of Group Secretariat at Erste Group Bank AG, will chair the event.
The annual Banking Law Forum is Austria's most important meeting place for academia and banking practice. It serves to review and discuss those legal issues that are currently of particular importance for the banking industry. The conference is organized by the Forum Banking of the Bankwissenschaftliche Gesellschaft under the scientific direction of Univ.-Prof. Dr. Peter Bydlinksi.
The event will take place on November 8 in the ballroom of Raiffeisen Bank International AG. Other speakers resp. chairpersons will be: Alexander Wilfinger, Martin Spitzer, Magdalena Warum, Julia Told, Peter Hagen, Mathis Fister and Wilma Dehn.
