DSC welcomes employment law expert Marko MacKinnon

DSC Doralt Seist Csoklich Rechtsanwälte welcomes Marko MacKinnon, an experienced labour law expert. With the addition, the firm establishes Labor & Employment as another strong pillar of its service portfolio.
The attorney at law was previously a name partner at a Viennese boutique law firm for labor and employment law. He advises domestic and foreign companies on all issues of individual and collective labour law, ranging from working time law and remuneration to industrial constitution law, as well as on restructuring issues and in connection with transfers of undertakings. Furthermore, Marko MacKinnon supports executives in administrative criminal law (e.g. LSD-BG, employment of foreign workers and employees, worker protection). He is also active in forensic matters and regularly represents employers before courts and administrative authorities (incl. the Disability Committee and Equal Treatment Commission) in all labor law proceedings (such as tenure protection or conciliation proceedings).
Marko MacKinnon is a graduate of the University of Vienna and has also studied at the Université Louvain-La-Neuve in Belgium and Duke University in North Carolina, USA. His professional publications include the chapter "Labor & Employment" in the Handbook of Commercial Contracts, published by LexisNexis.
