DSC welcomes Glücksspielrecht Kain as new associate

We are pleased to welcome Benedikt Kain as a new associate (Rechtsanwaltsanwärter) to the team. The legal professional joined DSC in October 2025. His main areas of focus are corporate and commercial law, gaming law, and transactions.

Benedikt Kain holds a Master's degree in Business Law from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Prior to joining DSC, he gained extensive practical experience as an associate in a well-known Viennese business law firm. During that time, he also completed a secondment in the legal department of a publicly listed company.
