The review process for the Virtual Shareholders' Meetings Act (VirtGesG) has been initiated. On this occasion, the Business Circle invites to the first seminar on this topic on June 20, 2023. Among the renowned speakers is DSC Partner Christoph Diregger, who will offer important insights on the shareholders' right to speak and ask questions as well as the right to submit motions for resolutions in the virtual shareholders' meeting.
