Christoph Diregger: investment publicity of shareholders of investment funds

Just recently, the Austrian Federal Administrative Court issued three judgements regarding investment publicity in connection with investment funds. In the current issue of RdW (Journal for Austrian Business Law, published by LexisNexis), Christoph Diregger and Ulrich Edelmann address the issue.
The two experts analyze the rulings as well as the question of who is subject to the reporting obligation according to Sections 130 et seq. of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act 2018 in the case of an investment fund.
