Consumer protection law and general terms and conditions law has become a confusing subject: Numerous laws, Supreme Court rulings and European requirements make it difficult to maintain an overview.
Fabian Liebel, DSC lawyer and lecturer at the Institute for Civil and Civil Procedure Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, uses recent decisions by the Supreme Court and the European Court of Justice to shed light on current issues. An overview of current legislative projects rounds off the seminar.
